Absolut Favorite Recipe
Each month, we will post our residents favorite recipe. These recipes are served in all of our facilities and have become huge hits with our residents and their families.
Party Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz - Sour Cream
2/3 cup - Cottage Cheese
1 Tbsp 3 tsp - Fresh chopped Green Onions
1/4 clove - Garlic
3 Cups - Diced Potatoes
4 Tbsp 2 tsp - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/8 tsp - Paprika
1/8 tsp - Salt
1/8 tsp - Black Groud Pepper
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, green onion and garlic.
Top with cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until thouroughly heated and browned on top.
