Absolut Favorite Recipe
Each month, we will post our residents favorite recipe. These recipes are served in all of our facilities and have become huge hits with our residents and their families.
Marinated Green Beans
Ingredients:
Serving Size - 12
Green beans - Six (6) cups- canned or fresh
Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes, fresh, diced - 1/2 cup
Italian Dressing - 8 oz.
Directions:
1) Drain Green beans; in a large bowl combine green beans, chopped onions, diced tomatoes and Italian dressing.
2) Cover and refrigerate until meal service.
