Staff Physical Therapist
Under the supervision of the Director of Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation Director, the Staff Physical Therapist provides physical therapy to the residents. Evaluate residents admitted to the facility in accordance with comprehensive care planning. Must demonstrate knowledge, skills and techniques necessary to care for and treat residents with the following needs: orthopedics, neuro diseases and infectious diseases, where applicable.
Must be a graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical Therapy. Must have a current New York State license required.
